FreshMix is a unique Take-and-Bake bakery that makes a variety of pastry mixes and doughs that can be baked at home or by restaurants, cafes, coffee shops or any other business.

For the home bakers (or non-bakers):

We know that there are some tasteless pastries out there and are driven to provide excellent tasting pastries for everyone. The best pastry is the one right out of the oven, so with FreshMix, you can take the mix home and bake it fresh when you are ready. With easy to follow directions, you will have fresh, tasty pastries in no time!

For our fellow business owners:

We recognize that many restaurants, cafes and coffee shops do not have their own pastry chef, so we created a solution where you can have access to a pastry chef's high quality products without another person on your payroll. With FreshMix, we provide whole sale volume of pastries mix or doughs that you can prep and bake fresh when your customers need it. How do you get some?

• You can find our mixes at Kingdom Baking in Blaine (opening Fall 2021)

• Order online here for pick up at Kingdom Baking or for local delivery through a delivery service (online ordering will go live Fall 2021)

• Wholesale online ordering will be available Fall 2021 and will have delivery options
